It took me awhile until I figured out that life is not a dress rehearsal, and it's my life, not my parents, teachers, or friends. Once that dawned on me, I worked at jobs I enjoyed, and changed when I got bored. Even with reincarnation, this life does not come with a Do-over, so I figured I better get some worthwhile experiences before my own event horizon loomed up.
